Senior Packaging Machinery Mfg. Co. Brand Oblique Type Corrugation Machine has semi automatic operating mode. Its per minute operating speed is 40 meters. Approximate weight of this machine is 5 ton. It comprises of 250 mm corrugation roller and 15 hp motor. This system consumes around 380 v voltage and its power requirement is 4 kw. Flute Rolls are minutely finished and mounted on spherical roller bearings, to give perfect impression on board. The setting of flute roll is from one side only. A Motor is fitted to keep the gum Rolls Rotation for agitation of the gum while the gum unit is disengaged from the flute rolls. A steam shower is provided for perfect formation of the flutes. Motorized self loading reel stand is additionally provided with machine. The machine is provided with centralized lubrication system.
